lessons & classes in northfield, oh - i am currently a student at the university of akron. i
anticipate to obtain my bachelor's degree in both secondary mathematics and applied mathematics in
may 2012. i enjoy the rewarding feeling of helping students to hate math just a little bit less.
with side by side assistance, positive reinforcements and encouraging words, i have helped many
students to not to dread their schoolwork. i have over 220 hours of tutoring through wyzant under my
belt and many additional hours outside of wyzant. currently, i work weekly with 4 different students
ranging from 6-11th grades, 3 of which are returning clients from last school year. i am working
with them in sixth grade math, honers geometry, algebra ii, and precalculus. this past summer i am
worked with three students two days a week in prealgebra, geometry and algebra ii. they are now
taking these classes and have a great head start on the material their teacher will be covering....
